Comment Image version 1.0.7

This is a patch to support  Internet Explorer pjpeg (M$ sucks!) format for some jpeg image (the progressive ones). Thank you to kimyx.

My excuses for my bad english but it's the only way I have to communicate with you. Would you suggest a correction? Leave a comment, thank you!

    I’ve just updated my 1.0.6 version,and everything is OK with this new version. THX for your work!

    Can I make a feature request? Add option to only enable the plugin if user is logged in.
