Hi Stefano,

a client of our agency uses the newsletter pro module. but we get no statistics. the “Track message links?” checkbox is enabled. is there maybe an other fact we forgot?

we copy/paste the source code everytime we want to send a new newsletter… could that be the problem?

Dear Steffano,

I just bought newsletter pro for wordpress. The main reason of buying was the statistics panel, which I use very often. The clicking statistics are very useful, but also would be a relevant information, to see how much my newsletter opened. Is it possible somehow get these informations? I think a lot of your customers would appreciate this option.

Hello. I would like to know if its possible, on statistics, to see who clicked on links and who open the newsletter by EMAIL and not only bu _IP and _Referer

Hi Stefano,

This week I’m already using the newsletter extras, so finally I’m capable to know the real impact that my newsletters are having.

Nevertheless I wonder if you are thinking on developing a function to identify who is clicking on the newsletter. This would be a wonderfull tool to clean our databases from useless contacts and to make our servers to work a bit less.

Newsletter Extras are available for members, but I’m still tuning the membership plugin I’m using. On Extras I added the ability to schedule newsletter sending batches to try to solve the sending issues many of us is experimenting with our hosting provider. A decent hosting provider or a hosting on a dedicated server must not have such problems: all email will be sent by php and queued and delivered by the underneath mail service.

Hi Stefano,

I’m using your newsletter’s plugin in a regular basis and I’m happy with it. My only remark is that when my suscribers list is growing up it have become more difficult to manage the sending sistem safely. Are you working on it to have a better perform?
Nevertheless, I would like to suscribe to Newsletter Extras but I’m not sure it is still available. Could you please confirm it?

Hi Stefano – Michaela is correct, you’re English is just fine! I’ve lived in the USA all my life and there are people here that don’t know the language half as well as you.

Looks like the newsletter plugin works the way it should; I’ll give it a try on one of my testing environments and report my findings back to you.

Hi Michaela, thank you. Newsletter is not intended for automated newsletter. If you need that feature there is a plugin (I think it’s subscriber2) that can send email in automatic mode based on posts you create. Or you can use externa services (best on my opinion it’s feed mail pro – search for it).

Hi! Stefano, your English is just fine. I am living in USA, but I was born in Europe as well, my English is the second language to me, but I am doing well, so do you.

I am working now the transform a Blog created with WordPress on my domain in a newsletter Blog implementing the concept of an automated system.
I was looking for a plug-in for the newsletter – and this is how I got you.

Probably I’ll have some questions on the road…
