Membership Plugin Call

I need a new membership plugin. Id like to write one, a simple one. There is someone that would partecipate? What we need:
- a document with detailed list of features grouped by phase 1, phase 2, and so on
- an expert which is “design oriented” to draw some basic form (signup, login, member details)
- someone who want to study and WELL understand the paypal integration (it’s not so hard but not so easy)
- admin panels design
- …
Anyone?

Stefano, I have an idea for a plugin that is similar to your AWESOME newsletter plugin. I would like to see one that will keep up with fax numbers for fax newsletters. We have customers and prospects that subscribe and unsubscribe to our fax newsletter but we have to keep up this list in excel….it is a pain in the ass to recieve emails about a sub/unsub because we have to manually add or remove the name from the list. I would like to see a plugin that automatically has the user add or remove their fax number and name from our list just like your email newsletter plugin does. Make sense?
