Newsletter WP Plugin 1.1.8 Is Out

In this version of Newsletter plugin I changed the way mails are sent, switching back to wp_mail() function. That solves problems with receiver names having non ASCII characters and now you can use an SMTP plugin to make WordPress send emails via SMTP.
My excuses for my bad english but it's the only way I have to communicate with you. Would you suggest

Good deal. I would love a way to give authors/editors the ability to have the newsletter control. So far as I can tell only administrators can create newsletters.
