Newsletter 1.0.8

Just released there are some fixes and some improvements:

• Integrates with hyper cache disabling the cache of the subscription page to avoid wrong text (so there is no need to add the newsletter subscription page to the urls to reject list).
• Themes: if you create a folder “wp-content/newsletter/themes” and put there an html fil, it willbe listed as a theme. To start copy the default theme from “themes” plugin subfolder. DO NOT put your themes under the plugin themes folder, because it will be deleted on automatic upgrade.
• Autocomposition now manages up to 10 last posts.
• Added a flag to control the “-f” parameter for send mail (really technical topic)
• Fixed the logs writing
