It would be great if there was a widget and/or shortcode to display recent newsletters (so new subscribers can read past newsletters and see what they are getting after they sign up)!

    Hi Stefano,

IMHO, the most important feature is tha unsubscription checkbox in the widget. I got a lot of complaints about that on the site I use your newsletter plugin.

It would also be nice a more elaborated tutorial on how to add the tags like usbscribe. I confess I didn’t understand.

On the other handle congratulations for your excellent work You’ve developed really nice and useful tools I like a lot.

Why you have compaints? Starting from the welcome email to any other email you send you should add the unsubscription link on that message so anyone can directly unsubscribe.

If one subscribe and then never receive email from you (on which he can nunsubscribe) why he should complaint with you?

Thank you very much for the excellent piece of software.
Would be great if the Newsletter subscription had a captcha and/or would be compatible with SI Captcha.
In order to minimize emails upon subscription being able to turn off the “Welcome message” email would be helpful.

    Cheers Marcello

I need a function to keep track of which subscribers have never opened, read or clicked the newsletters. This way I can clean up my database which saves me a lot of emails to be send.

There is a way to see all the people who clicked a certain link now, and I can see how many people opened the mail, but there is not an easy way to do the above.

    A cleanup function…

    Thanks in advance!

Thank you for the newsletter plugin. I love your work and recommend it to others that want to have a stable blog.

One option needed and already mentioned is the planned sending.

    Next to that:
    1. Add an option to only allow editors to the emails tab.
    and/or
    2. Add the ability to assign a post id for sending that post body content.

This is the nicest newsletter software I could find. I am happy with the way it is, but planned email sending *would* pretty nice. Also, sending attachments would be useful.
