Newsletter Plugin and Confirmation Email

Some users reported the confirmation email doesn’t come out (or at least doesn’t reach the destination mail box).

Confirmation email sending is like a newsletter sending, so try to send a test newsletter to see if it works but be usre to configure the sender name and sender email address to valid values.

Remember to NOT subscribe with same email address configured to send newsletters, mail server will discard such email.

If it’s still not working (and knowing that for many blogs it works…) try this test: register a new WordPress user and look if an email is sent to administrator mailbox. If so there is a configuration problem,

If configuration seems right, try to ask you provider.

    I just set up your Newsletter plugin.
    There is no problem with confirmation email or whatever else, I just tested with 2 mails, one yahoo another Google mail.
    Mail services Gmail hide the folder SPAM, you have to click on More>Spam in order to see your spam folder in Google Mail.

    I was going to thank you for the plugin Stefano. It is just GREAT!
    At this moment, I can’t support you, but I promise in near future I will :)

      Thank you Alex! Emails marked as spam is due to shared hosting and it’s a common problem…

        I think I am the one who should thank Stefano! not you.

        I hope you will keep this plugin up to date. I am fed up with WordPress’s Upgrades requests. Everytime I upgrade, tons of problems appear. I don’t want to see Newsletter plugin having compatibility problems.
        This is the most useful plugin I am using.

    Stefano…. I still have problems with sending mail.
    None of this resolved my problem and I use WordPress on my server.

    What method of transmission of the plugin?

    this was a top quality post. Within concept I’d want to create like this as well — slacking along with real energy to produce a very good article… yet so what can We say… I retain adding it off and never seem to get something accomplished
