Newsletter WordPress Plugin Version 1.2.0

Just released the version 1.2.0. Now on the bottom of the options panel you’ll find a flag to enable editors to use the newsletter plugin.

Second, the notification emails sent to admin are a bit more friendly.

That’s all!

    Hi Stefano,
    Thank you for this new version including interesting improvements.

    Just a little issue remains : in the unsubscription notification sent to admin, the name of the unsubscriber doesn’t appear.

    To correct this point, you have to extract the content of $name from Data Base on line #586 of plugin.php BEFORE you delete the user (line #587).

    trhe pasted url into newsletter configuration yet no subscription form appeares. Can you advise?

    hi, i just updated to 1.2.0 from the prevous version and now im having problems sending my newsletter.. it says “No batch info found.) after i attempt to send it, and above that it explains you can “restart” the batch by pressing the restart button, but i do not have a restart button anywhere in the backend… I am going to attempt re installing 1.2.0 and thats my only idea… any help would be very much appreciated.. thanks

    I’ve installed the plugin, and I found it great, except I don’t know how to send attachments, when I send a newsletter!

    If there is a possibility to attach files please tell us.

    Hi There,

    Thank you for the widget, it’s great!

    But I have a problem.. It seems that I can only drag it from the widgets panel ONCE – i.e. to the sidebar and nowhere else.

    The problem is, I need it to show two times on my site – once in the global sidebar, and once in the frontpage sidebar, which doesn’t seem to be global.
    Therefore I need to know what function to call to hardcode the widget in my index.php

    Can you help me here? I can’t seem to figure it out.

    Hi from Slovenia,

    I’ve installed the plug-in “Newsletter version 1.2.0, and I found it great, except a confirmation e-mail for the subscriber.
    If I want that link in Confirmation email message work I must be log-on on word press. If I’m log-off, link doesn’t work and people who subscribe to my news letter don’t get a confirmation by clicking on link (in newsletter is “here”). So I have to manually confirm any subscribers who subscribe on my newsletter while I’m log off from word press.

    Has anyone idea why this happened?
