On downloads area there is the version 2.1.6 of Newsletter Pro. That version fixes the unsubscription confirm url on unsubscription page when (and only when) the main newsletter page configuration was left empty. To update, just download the new version and override the file in wp-content/plugins/newsletter-pro. Thank you to gear culture.

I’ve just released the version 2.1.3 of Newsletter Pro with an important fix about SMTP port. This issue starts from version 2.1.0, so every one using the versions 2.1.0, 2.1.1, 2.1.2 should update the plugin if using SMTP.

Announce: PHP 4 is no more support from its developers and every decent hosting provider has PHP 5 installed. Newsletter Pro won’t support PHP 4 on future releases, otherwise there is no way to use the PHP 5 features. So, for everyone interested in Newsletter Pro, check with your provider if it support PHP 5.

If you want to configure an SMTP to send email (for example with Newsletter, but it’s not a Newsletter problem!) you can use their SMTP (which does not require authentication): relay-hosting.secureserver.net No connection to other SMTPs is allowed.
