This is a patch to support  Internet Explorer pjpeg (M$ sucks!) format for some jpeg image (the progressive ones). Thank you to kimyx.

This new version of Comment Image supports, other than jpeg, the gif and png formats. Special thank to Nico Hochberger for the piece of code.
